Do I have to create an account to buy your jewellery?
No, you can simply add items to your cart and go to check out as a guest user.
How long do I have to wait for the items to be delivered?
The items purchased will be usually posted 1-2 workdays from the moment of purchase. Delivery time depends of the state you live, in Baltics and Finland it will take 2-3 days to arrive, within EU we expect deliveries in a week, outside EU up to two weeks.Exceptions may occur due to stock availability or the length of the postal service. In that case we will contact you.
Can I track my delivery status?
No, but if you happen to be in a hurry or would like to know the status of your order, kindly write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will give you an update of your order within 24 hours.
What if the item I wish to purchase is out of stock?
We kindly advise you to write to us at email@example.com or visit us at Rävala pst 7, Tallinn Estonia. It may be the new items are on their way soon or we can put in an extra order for you.
Can I return the purchased items?
Yes, you have the right to return the items within 14 days from the receipt of goods. You can find the conditions of returns under the page Terms and Conditions. If you have any hesitations concerning the jewellery, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you.
What do I do, if the colour of the EARBERRIES earrings isn’t what I expected?
If the colour of the earrings doesn’t meet your expectations, we advise to visit our studio shop at Rävala pst 7 (Tallinn, Estonia)or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find the perfect pair for you. Every pair is hand painted and a slight variation of tone may occur.
Does the online store offer all of Tanel Veenre Jewellery?
Our online store offers the newest collections. Although the selection is wide, unique items, experimental samplesand older collections on sale are only available at our studio shop at Rävala pst 7, Tallinn Estonia.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All items come in a gift box and a card signed by brands designer Tanel Veenre.If you wish to add gift bagor somethingeven morespecial, write to us at email@example.com.
How do I enter a promotional code?
You’ll see an option for entering a coupon code right on top of the check out page. Click on the text “Click here to enter your code” and a text box will appear.
How will the items be delivered?
In Estonia we offer the parcel service by Omniva and Smartpost. If you wish the parcel to be delivered via courier, please leave us your wish under the “Additional information. Order notes” at the check out page. International orders will be delivered via local courier.
